The specific form of dispute resolution

Gordana Grubeša is an attorney-at-law and a licensed mediator, registered with the Croatian Mediation Association and entered in the Register of Mediators maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia. As part of her professional practice, she provides alternative dispute resolution services through mediation proceedings aimed at achieving an amicable resolution of disputes.

Mediation offers numerous advantages compared to other forms of dispute resolution, including the confidentiality of the mediation process and the mediator, informality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the possibility of reaching a mutually acceptable solution that serves the interests of both or all parties, preserving good relationships between the parties in the future, and allowing the parties to retain control over the mediation process.
